I've been trying to strike a balance between reading old favorites and discovering new books. It's always interesting to see how my opinion of books I read as a kid has changed. I understand what you mean about being sad that a series is done. There are some books where I cry at the end not because the ending was sad but because the book is over and I know there won't be any more. She is a true master, and a great one to learn from. I'm reading the series now, for the second time, and with at least three new books added to the mix since I last made my way though it.
